Olive oil can be substituted for butter in most recipes using the following conversion chart:

1 tsp = 3/4 tsp
1 tbls = 2 1/2 tsp
1/4 cup = 3 tbls

Use as a topping for bruschette or flatbread, in grilled cheese, alongside pork or chicken or over ice cream.

Victorine Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbs

Victorine 18 Yr Traditional Balsamic

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place grapes on rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic, sprinkle with a little sea salt and toss to coat.
Roast 20-30 minutes until grapes begin to burst and juices thicken.
Toss several times during roasting.
Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Will keep refrigerated for several days.
